3.2 Upon dispatch of ordered products, the seller will send the customer a confirmation email.
3.3 Product images and descriptions on the website may not exactly match the actual products. The seller reserves the right to supply products that do not exactly match the pictures, as long as the product’s performance is consistent with the description.
3.4 The seller may substitute or modify products ordered without materially affecting the overall function or type of the product.
3.5 If ordered products are out of stock, defective, or otherwise unavailable, the seller may cancel the order and offer a replacement product or refund.

4. Price and Payment

4.2 All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Any other currencies shown on the website are for reference only. Payment must be made in HKD.

5. Delivery

5.1 Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The seller has absolute discretion to select the courier and delivery method.

5.3 Delivery dates are estimates only and not part of the contract. The seller will endeavor to deliver on time but is not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5.5 If delivery is unsuccessful, products may be held at the local post office or courier warehouse. Customers must arrange pickup; the seller will not handle or follow up on collection.
5.6 If products are returned to the seller due to failed delivery, associated costs will be charged to the customer. Returned products may be resold, and the seller is not obliged to retain or resend them.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Buyers may request a return within a specified period after receipt, except for the following exclusions:
(a) Return requests made after the applicable return period;
(b) Returns without prior request and acceptance by the seller;
(c) Certain categories such as clearance sale items, tights, socks, or towels;
(d) Products not purchased from Running Gear Online;
(e) Failure to return the goods to the seller;
(f) Goods that do not comply with the return policy.
6.2 Upon receiving returned products, the seller will inspect and verify if they meet return conditions before arranging refunds.
6.3 If returned products do not meet the return conditions, the seller will resend the original products to the customer at the customer’s expense.

8. Force Majeure
